Dr. Richard J Tscherne is a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified rehabilitation counselor with 20 years experience in the field of disabilities. Overcoming his own obstacles related to his cerebral palsy, he has strived to empower others with disabilities through changing their attitudes about themselves. He has a full life as a Freemason and a Shriner clown entertaining young children with orthopedic disabilities and burns at Shriner’s Hospitals in Boston and Philadelphia. He currently resides in the state of New York.
